eMR visually compares the two sets of data, at individual record level (including multiple assignment holders), and presents the results on a clear and simple user interface. From the summary level screen, it is possible to drill down to see the individual record comparison.

eSM builds a profile of locally stored demographic data, validated and stored alongside the latest PDS demographic data, thus allowing organisations to improve data quality, as well as achieve time savings.

eSM uses a smart algorithm for tracing patients against the spine in order to achieve a higher rate of success when matching patient records. eSM has demonstrated a matching rate of over 90% whilst allocation rates for the DBS batch tracing service is generally only 65-70%.

All active patients are traced and validated against the spine in real-time with the results being displayed within the eSM dashboard.
